Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Southern Pawz Lodge and Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Boarding Policies — Southern Pawz Lodge and Play

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Hours

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday: Drop-off and pick-up available 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM only

Late Pick-Up Policy

Pets must be picked up by 12:00 PM (noon) Monday through Friday, and by 10:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Failure to pick up by these times will result in an additional night's boarding charge.

Holiday Closures

No drop-off, pick-up, or lobby services are available on the following holidays:
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on any services. There are no refunds for early pick-up. All sales are final.

Services

Southern Pawz Lodge and Play provides pet boarding, day play, grooming, pet sitting, and dog walking services. All services are subject to availability and our facility policies, including vaccination requirements and behavioral assessments.

User Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails, phone calls, and SMS messages regarding your account, appointments, and promotional offers. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages.

Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care of your pets, Southern Pawz Lodge and Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
